Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a project take from start to finish? Most projects are delivered within 7–14 business days from shoot day. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive projects.
Do you write scripts? We offer scripting support and can help shape your messaging, but the content expertise is yours — we help you say it well on camera. Full scriptwriting is available as an add-on.
Can you shoot at our office or facility? Absolutely. On-location shoots are a standard part of what we do. A travel fee applies for locations more than 15 miles from our studio.
How many people need to be on camera? That depends entirely on your project. We’ve produced compelling single-person interview videos and full team productions. We’ll recommend the right approach for your goals.
Do you work with businesses outside of Philadelphia? Yes. Our primary service area is the greater Philadelphia region, but we’re available for projects beyond that — contact us to discuss travel.
What if we need revisions? Every project includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds are available at an hourly rate.
